Great value for the price and convenient location.

Despite having a reservation, the front desk claimed there was no room available and offered no help in resolving the situation. This lack of assistance really dampened my overall experience.

Comfortable room, great location, with excellent amenities such as air conditioning and a tv, made our 6-night stay enjoyable, and being just 15 km from the nearest airport made our travel convenient.

The Standard Double Room was pretty decent for my stay. It was clean and the daily housekeeping kept it looking fresh. The reception team was super helpful and friendly, always with a smile! The room felt a bit cramped since there were no windows, a bit much after a while. It worked for a solo trip.

The location is a key highlight, just a short stroll to the main plaza. The staff consistently demonstrated a friendly demeanor, eager to assist at all hours. The lack of windows in the room contributed to a somewhat claustrophobic environment, which became noticeable over four nights. While the provided coupons for breakfast at a nearby cafe were convenient, I missed a more substantial in-house dining option. Fast WiFi and a clean room were definite positives .
